It has become something Delmar residents look forward to every year: the return of the scarecrows lining Kenwood Avenue and the entrance to Bethlehem Middle School.
On Wednesday, October 5th, members of the Bethlehem Central Middle School Garden Club ushered in the fall season, joined by teachers and parents, they built a dozen huge, lifelike scarecrows in front of the school. It is the eighth consecutive year the scarecrows will be part of the school landscape.
What a way to kick off October!
