Nineteen BCMS students competed earlier this month in the regional National History Day competition at the New York State Museum. The following students achieved 1st, 2nd and 3rd place honors. The first and second place finishers move on to state competition next month in Cooperstown. Congrats to all our NHD participants who are making BC proud and good luck to those moving on in the competition!
- 1st place– Amelia Evans – An Encounter with Small Pox- Individual Website
- 2nd Place– Miles Kee, Luke Manley, Joe Riedy – Albert Einstein: His Exploration into the world of Physics- Group Documentary
- 2nd Place– Ally Hutchinson – Exploring the building of the Transcontinental Railroad- Individual exhibit
- 3rd Place– Max Roberts, Will Davis, Josh Chajon, and Avery Miller – Explorer of the Seas: Jacques Cousteau- Group exhibit
