BCMS to host Gift of Life 5K on April 22

outline of runner and textBethlehem Central Middle School students and staff have organized a community race/walk event to support lifesaving surgery for children in impoverished countries around the world. The Gift of Life 5K will take place at the school on Sunday, April 22 and race participants will run/walk a 5K through Olde Delmar to support Gift of Life Rotary District 7190. The Rotary is a partner of Gift of Life International, which provides doctors and nurses to treat children with heart disease in their country of birth.

There will also be a FREE half-mile Fun Run for kids as part of the BCMS event.

BCMS Gift of Life 5K

  • Bethlehem Central Middle School – 332 Kenwood Avenue in Delmar
  • Sunday, April 22, 2018 – 10 a.m. 
  • 10 a.m.
  • Registration Fee: $20

The Fun Run will begin at 11 a.m.

The global network of Gift of Life recently celebrated healing the heart of the 30,000th Child in October 2017, exactly 42 years after the first GOL recipient from Uganda was treated.
